Mr Sarith Makuloluwe is a Consultant Ophthalmologist and Oculoplastic Surgeon at Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust, specialising in conditions affecting the eyelids and the tissues surrounding the eyes.

With more than a decade of experience, he has particular expertise in the management of drooping eyelids (ptosis) and blepharoplasty surgery. His meticulous approach and keen eye for detail underpin both his clinical assessment and surgical work.
