With National Eye Health Week now on, LaserVision aim to help spread awareness about the importance of looking after your eyes, even if you have no existing problems.
It’s the sense most of us take for granted so its important to remember that the smallest of things really can help as you can see in the #NEHW poster below.
Eating well, such as eating the right fats, exercising regularly and protecting your eyes in the sun are simple everyday things to remember in order to maintain healthy eyesight. We also understand the increase in hours spent working on the computer which although is not detrimental to your eye health, can lead to tired and dry eyes. Regular breaks and short eye exercises can alleviate eye strain and increase productivity.
