Many patients who have cataract surgery on the NHS still need to wear glasses after surgery, however¬†Rakesh talked about the various advanced replacement lenses now available that can also eradicate the need for glasses after cataract surgery. ¬†However, these lenses are much more expensive and are not available on the NHS, only at private clinics such as LaserVision.
